Job description:

As a Project Engineer or Site Engineer for Construction (Commercial and Residential Projects) at Urban Line Projects, you will be responsible for the timely delivery, will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination of the project with spectacular quality. You will be the SPOC for the customer and will be responsible to maintain a good customer experience throughout the project timeline in the partial design & complete execution stage till handover with Coordinate and manage all phases of the project to meet the targeted delivery of project and regular reports to Project Manager. The role is located in Karnataka, India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidates should be efficient in planning, executing and reporting regularly.(Plan, Execute and Report).

Overseeing building work

Use of levelling Instruments & Quality Test equipment

Ability to Plan Project Schedule & assign works daily

Knowledgeable about prevailing rates for all activities & materials

Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

Setting out sites and organizing facilities

Read the drawings and ensure that they are followed correctly.

Supervising contracted staff, conduct Site Meetings + prepare Minutes of meetings & reporting all involved about the developments

Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials

Ability to manage & report Inventory

Ability to manage Site Clerk

Well networked with Contractors & vendor

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language: Must have good command on English & other Languages
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engg -[Preferred]
  • Proven working experience in Construction site execution
  • Knowledge in Auto Cad Software.
  • Should be able to read 2D drawings and do measurement at sites.
  • Knowledge on Billing of Materials.
  • Quotation Checking, Technical Details
  • 2d & 3d drawings knowledge
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills
  • on-site Quality Check
  • Minimum of 1-3 Years of experience
  • Managing 3-4 projects at time.
