Job Summary

Kanika’s Nursing Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our nursing education programs, generate leads, and drive student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build relationships with prospective students and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase student admissions
  • Generate leads through online and offline channels (social media, field visits, seminars, etc.)
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and healthcare institutions
  • Conduct promotional activities such as workshops, webinars, and campus drives
  • Manage social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
  • Track and report sales performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education counseling (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the education or healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Presentation and public speaking skills
