Role Overview
Responsible for overall welfare, discipline, mentoring, and engagement of cadets. Acts as the key liaison between cadets, instructors, parents, and management to ensure discipline, emotional well-being, academic progress, and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cadet welfare, discipline, and adherence to academy rules
- Address grievances and provide counselling/mentorship
- Coordinate with instructors and departments on training progress
- Manage hostel/residential affairs and campus facilities
- Maintain parent communication and student records
- Organize student engagement activities and events
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance across campus
Qualifications
- 6-10 years’ experience in student affairs, counselling, hostel administration, or training institutes
- Preferably from aviation academies, residential institutes, universities, or defence-style environments
