Okiru Cafe is hiring Service Staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers politely
- Take orders and serve food & beverages accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service area
- Follow cafe SOPs, hygiene, and grooming standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff
- Handle basic billing/POS if required
- Support opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Experience in café / restaurant service preferred
- Freshers with good attitude may apply
- Basic Hindi communication required (English is a plus)
- Customer-focused, well-groomed, and punctual
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Salary & Benefits
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule
- 8–9 hour shifts
- Weekly off as per roster
