1. Experienced in On-site and Off-site SEO for increasing the web traffic.
2. Knows advanced Link building skills.
3. Knowledge in designing tools like Dreamweaver or Photoshop is preferable.
4. Knowledge in PPC, SMO and SEM.
5. Branding and Promotions.
6. Having excellent Communication skills in English (both Written and Oral).
7. Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and sales.
8. Keeping an eye towards increasing brand visibility and promotions, content analysis and updating on website.
9. Meta Creations including Header Tags, URL structuring.
10. Quick executer of Online Marketing Strategies/Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by Effective Off Page Optimization and On Page Optimization.
11. Aware of Google algorithm updates.
12. Keyword Research and Keyword Optimization Density, Stuffing.
13. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Keyword Planner.
14. Managing profiles and pages on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr, Tumblr etc and other community/forum sites.
15. Online Reputation Management.
16. Knowledge of (Article Submission, Press Release Submission, Social Bookmarking, Classified Posting, Blog Creation and Posting, Web 2.0 Pages Creation and promotion, Forum posting, Yahoo Answering, Business listing etc.).

This process requires written test and if qualified an interview. Whole process might take up to 3 hours.
