- Customer Interaction: Engaging customers in the showroom or through inquiries, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Toyota vehicles.
- Sales Process Management: Demonstrating vehicle features, arranging test drives, negotiating deals, and managing documentation to close sales.
- Lead Generation: Proactively finding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Product Expertise: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Toyota models, specifications, and accessories.
- Compliance: Following 3S facility (Sales, Service, Spares) standards and company procedure
