Sales Manager-Agriculture Machinery
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in Agriculture Machinery sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling dealer/distributor networks, and building strong customer relationships in the agricultural sector.
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Handle sales of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with the marketing and service teams for customer support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture machinery sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
