Open Positions:

  • Captain -15 Positions
  • Steward -40 Positions

We are hiring experienced Restaurant Captains and Stewards for our expanding restaurant operations across PAN India locations. Candidates must have experience in full-service restaurant operations.

Immediate joiners preferred.

POSITION 1: RESTAURANT CAPTAIN

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise floor operations during service.
  • Lead and manage steward team.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service.
  • Monitor billing accuracy and table turnover.
  • Maintain grooming and discipline standards.

Eligibility:

  • 3–6 years restaurant experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 years as Captain / Sr. Steward.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.

POSITION 2: STEWARD

Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food as per service standards.
  • Ensure table setup and cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Upsell menu items.
  • Follow hygiene and grooming standards.

Eligibility:

  • 1-3 years restaurant experience preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication may apply.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Candidates willing to relocate preferred.
