Open Positions:
- Captain -15 Positions
- Steward -40 Positions
We are hiring experienced Restaurant Captains and Stewards for our expanding restaurant operations across PAN India locations. Candidates must have experience in full-service restaurant operations.
Immediate joiners preferred.
POSITION 1: RESTAURANT CAPTAIN
Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor operations during service.
- Lead and manage steward team.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service.
- Monitor billing accuracy and table turnover.
- Maintain grooming and discipline standards.
Eligibility:
- 3–6 years restaurant experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years as Captain / Sr. Steward.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
POSITION 2: STEWARD
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food as per service standards.
- Ensure table setup and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Upsell menu items.
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards.
Eligibility:
- 1-3 years restaurant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication may apply.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Candidates willing to relocate preferred.
