Jaypore Homes apni sales team expand kar raha hai aur humein energetic & target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives ki zarurat hai.
Is role mein aapko company ke residential/commercial projects promote karne hain, clients ko guide karna hai, aur sales close karni hai.
High Incentives -jitni sales, utni earning
Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming leads handle karna (company-generated leads)
- Projects ke features, pricing & benefits client ko explain karna
- Clients ke saath site visits arrange & conduct karna
- Negotiation support & sales closure
- Booking se lekar agreement tak poora sales cycle manage karna
- Regular follow-ups & client relationship maintain karna
- Monthly targets achieve karna with team support
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based
- Monthly bonuses & rewards for top performers
- (Exact structure company discussion ke according final hoga)
Who Can Apply:
- Fresher & experienced candidates
- Sales background (real estate preferred, not mandatory)
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
