Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have a minimum experience of 5 years in FMCG Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of packing and processing machines in the food industry
  • Handling the production planning control of finished goods.
  • Preparing the work allocation for the workforce according to the schedule.
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance concepts and techniques will be an added advantage
  • Monitoring and Controlling the day to day Production Process and Operations
  • Research and development of new products

Desirables:

  • Candidates should have knowledge of Edible Oil and FMCG Products.
  • The candidate must have the attitude of learning and earning.
  • The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
    The Candidate must have a passion to perform.
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of the process, production, and variety of recipes like Bakery Shortening and table Margarine, Seasonings, Food color, Whey protein, Ready to Eat, Ready to mix, Mayonnaise and sauces pure, Salad dressing, Vinegar, etc.
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of the process, production, and variety of recipes In The Respective Zones
