Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners to secure placement opportunities.
- Identify and approach new employers for campus recruitment and hiring partnerships.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and placement events.
- Match student profiles with suitable job opportunities based on qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between students and employers.
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
- Maintain a database of employers, job openings, placed candidates, and placement statistics.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining confirmations.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve students’ employability.
- Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, webinars, and industry interaction programs.
- Track placement performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure students complete all placement-related documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Achieve placement targets and maintain high employer and student satisfaction.
