A Management Faculty position involves instructing BBA/MBA & Hoospitality students, conducting academic research, designing curricula, and mentoring students. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, evaluating student progress, organizing industry visits, and contributing to institutional growth. A Ph.D. or NET qualification is typically preferred, along with industry experience.
