About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Horticulture Consultant / Supervisor with 25+ years of experience to lead and manage large-scale landscaping and plantation projects across Delhi NCR.

This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in horticulture, team management, and handling high-value residential, commercial, or institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end horticulture & landscaping operations
Plan and execute large-scale plantation (trees, lawns, seasonal plants)
Ensure plant health considering Delhi climate (heat, dust, pollution)
Supervise multiple sites and ensure quality standards
Manage large teams (gardeners, supervisors, vendors)
Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and cost control
Provide expert consultation on landscape design & improvements
Monitor irrigation systems, pest control, and maintenance schedules

Requirements

25+ years of experience in horticulture / landscaping
Strong leadership & multi-site management experience
Expertise in plant care, soil, irrigation & pest management
Experience with large projects (real estate, townships, commercial parks)
Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture

Salary (Senior Level – Delhi)

As per the company norms.
