Role Purpose
Lead shift-wise warehouse operations ensuring execution discipline, manpower productivity, and SLA adherence across all warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Allocate manpower and monitor shift productivity.
- Ensure timely kitting and material supply to production.
- Track dispatch timelines and avoid delays.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates.
- Drive safety, 5S, and compliance.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team handling

Experience & Qualification
Diploma / Graduate
3-6 years’ experience in warehouse operations and in manufacturing background.
