- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a hostel warden or in student welfare management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle adolescents with patience and empathy.
- Responsible, caring, and disciplined personality.
- Should be available on campus 24×7 (residential position).
- Oversee the daily operations of the girls’ hostel, ensuring order, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and room allocation registers.
- Ensure the safety and security of all hostel residents at all times.
- Monitor and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
