Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects (residential/commercial)
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (CPC, CPL, ROI)
- Handle social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
- Coordinate with sales team to track lead conversion and improve campaign performance
- Manage and update company website and landing pages
- Execute SEO & SEM strategies to improve website ranking and traffic
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports
- Work with designers and agencies for creatives, videos, and branding materials
- Monitor competitors and market trends in the real estate sector
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (Real Estate preferred)
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,337.75 – ₹30,000.00 per month
