Virgin Power & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Department Head – Solar/EV Operations.
Responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of solar power plants to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily solar plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant performance, SCADA systems, and generation targets.
- Lead site engineers and technical teams.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of solar equipment.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
Requirements
- 8 with years of experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, SCADA, inverters and electrical systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities

- Lead O&M teams and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams
