Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities: –

  • Handle customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers when required
  • Provide product and service information clearly
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
