Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and cooking of continental dishes
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Handle mise en place efficiently for smooth service
Follow recipes and kitchen SOPs accurately
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Continental cuisine Prior experience as Commis 1 or strong Commis 2 ready to step up Basic knowledge of sauces, grills, and plating Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Disciplined, hardworking, and team-oriented
