We are Hiring: Chartered Accountant – Investment Banking & Startup Funding

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team working in loan syndication, debt funding, startup funding and private equity transactions.

Role

  • Lead the team handling startup funding, debt funding and investment transactions
  • Work closely with startup founders, SME business owners, corporates, private equity funds, angel investors, VCs and merchant bankers
  • Preparation of financial models, business models, project reports, business plans, pitch decks and information memorandums
  • Assist in valuation, cap tables, investment agreements and funding documentation
  • Support startup funding transactions and investor coordination
  • Mentor startups on financial strategy and fundraising readiness

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent English and Malayalam are mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Go getter attitude with ability to build strong contacts
  • Smart, extroverted and confident in client interactions
  • Passion for investments, startup ecosystem and private equity
