Geographies: We offer our eCommerce services exclusively to ‘value-aligned businesses’ & currently are serving North America, EU, UK, Australia & New Zealand.
What will you be doing?
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels including calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- You will be directly working with the management gaining firsthand insights into the entrepreneurial journey and work methods.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s target customer profile.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and industry trends.
- Sales Documentation, proposals and Reporting
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasted revenue to share with sales management.
- Sales Strategy and Closing: Collaborate with the management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Understand and assess clients’ requirements, and tailor service offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Address existing clients’ grievances and urgent requirements.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Any experience of selling to the North American, European, and Oceania markets (B2B environment) would be great!
- Any experience of working with eCommerce businesses/ clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Adaptability to learn about new products, industries, and market trends.
- This is an in-office role.
