Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily employee transport operations (pick-up & drop services).
- Ensure route planning and optimization for cost efficiency.
- Monitor on-time performance and service quality.
- Handle real-time operational issues and escalations.
2. Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients.
- Address complaints and implement corrective actions.
3. Fleet & Vendor Management
- Manage company-owned and vendor vehicles.
- Ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, and utilization.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for smooth operations.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing.
4. Team Management
- Supervise operations team, supervisors, and drivers.
- Conduct training and performance reviews.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Manage manpower planning and shift allocation.
