Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms,
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently
- Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas
- Requirement:
- High school diploma, preferred.
- Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
