Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching to Pharm.D students.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments as per curriculum.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and clinical training where applicable.
- Guide students in research projects, seminars, and dissertations.
- Participate in academic administration, NAAC/NBA documentation, and institutional development.
- Conduct and publish research in reputed journals.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and academic activities.
- Maintain student mentoring and academic records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications as per PCI and AICTE norms.
- Pharm.D / Ph.D in relevant specialization.
- Teaching / research experience preferred for senior positions.
- Strong communication, academic, and research skills.
Desired Skills
- Student-centric teaching approach.
- Research and publication experience.
- Ability to handle laboratory and clinical training.
- Participation in academic accreditation processes.
