About the Role
Bansal Academy (Chandigarh Center) is hiring CSIR-NET qualified faculty for offline classroom teaching. We are looking for passionate educators who can teach conceptually and help students prepare for competitive exams with strong subject clarity and exam-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- CSIR-NET/JRF (and related exams) ke liye offline classroom teaching
- Topic-wise lectures, concept building + problem solving sessions
- Notes/assignments/question bank & test support
- Doubt sessions + student mentoring
- Class discipline, time management, and regular syllabus tracking
- Periodic tests & performance improvement planning
Eligibility / Requirements
- CSIR-NET Qualified (mandatory) in relevant subject
- Strong subject knowledge & teaching skills
- Good communication (Hindi/English mix acceptable)
- Classroom handling & student engagement ability
- Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong command can also apply)
Preferred Skills
- Previous coaching/teaching experience
- MCQ + numerical/problem solving expertise
- Digital content/board teaching confidence
