Roles & Responsibilities
- Garment Planning right form sampling to production (Suits, Jacket & knits wear)
- Co-ordination with in-house design team and vendors for execution of samples.
- Making TNA for pre-production processes and adhering to the same.
- Making BOM and placing trims details to vendors.
- Vendor capacity Block based on Season order plan.
- Be responsible for placing orders to vendors.
- Final Bulk costing negotiation and PO releasing.
- Be able to proactively manage factory performance to meet required order specifications and delivery timelines.
- TNA updating on daily basis into master sheet and MIS report for weekly presentation.
- Be able to manage key performance indicators to achieve targets including on time delivery performance, order confirmation, etc.
- Properly follow-up with vendors.
- Ontime delivery and OTIF performance.
Vendor payment and account reco. season to season.
