Job Role

This is an active on-ground role involving kids birthday parties and events across Bangalore.
This is NOT a desk job / IT job / accounts-only role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and executing kids events and birthday parties
  • Coordinate with vendors for event materials and setup
  • Be present throughout events and help manage activities
  • Support event setup, coordination and smooth execution
  • Suggest creative ideas and activities for events
  • Communicate with parents, vendors and team members professionally

Who Can Apply

  • Graduates or final-year students
  • Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in events, hospitality, customer experience or event operations
  • Hospitality / hotel management / BBA / B.Com / arts background candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates comfortable with active on-ground event work
  • Candidates willing to travel within Bangalore for events
  • Candidates available on weekends
  • Candidates comfortable working around children
  • Candidates with good communication skills in English/Hindi/Kannada
