- Should be able to Formulate different policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers and distributors.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting & creating sales quotas for the team & individual sales representatives.
- Skills to develop sales plans, strategies and policies to increase/sustain market share and profitability.
- Scan the environment to understand competitor’s activities, demand-supply scenario & regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.
- Should have knowledge and skills of conducting Plumber workshops.
