Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, for Architect. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing and developing architectural and construction drawings, creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success. Additional responsibilities include preparing submittals, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our offshore design team supporting a US-based architectural practice. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent BIM capabilities, and experience collaborating in cloud-based environments on international projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop architectural design and construction documentation for international
(primarily US-based) projects
· Create, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit
· Collaborate with global teams using cloud platforms such as Autodesk
Construction Cloud (ACC)
· Produce high-quality drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed
construction documents
· Ensure adherence to project standards, codes, and client requirements
· Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams involved in projects
· Assist in design development, visualization, and presentation deliverables
· Maintain model integrity and follow BIM execution plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent
· 1–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation
· Strong proficiency in Autodesk REVIT and BIM workflows
· Solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation
· Experience working in cloud-based collaborative environments (ACC or similar)
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-cultural teams
· Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
· Strong Visualization & Animation Skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
· Knowledge of IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) workflows
· Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards for BIM and information management
· Experience working on international or overseas projects (especially US projects)
