Full job description
To manage and grow the accessories business through effective distributor engagement, ensuring achievement of sales targets, process compliance, and capability building across the assigned zone.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive and achieve accessories sales targets for all distributors within the assigned zone.
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
Distributor Management:
Build strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Provide guidance on inventory planning, pricing strategies, and ROI improvement.
Process Implementation:
Ensure adherence to company systems and processes across the distribution channel.
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks.
Business Development:
Identify and capture new business opportunities in the accessories segment.
Work on business enablers and implement initiatives to enhance market penetration.
Product Promotion & Training:
Promote accessories through strategic campaigns and dealer engagement programs.
Conduct training sessions for channel manpower to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track distributor performance, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with leadership.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales, profitability, and market share.
